Vitamin C
Vitamin C is an essential nutrient involved in collagen production and normal immune function. Getting enough is different from needing an injection.

Ingredients
Vitamin C. We review the exact product, dose, and route with you before treatment.
How it works in your body
Vitamin C helps make collagen, the structural protein in skin, gums, blood vessels, and other connective tissue. It also acts as an antioxidant and helps the body absorb iron from plant foods when consumed with them.
What it may help with
Correcting vitamin C deficiency supports normal tissue maintenance and healing. Severe deficiency can cause bleeding gums, easy bruising, and poor wound healing. These symptoms need assessment rather than an assumption that a shot is the answer.
What to understand before choosing
An injection bypasses gut absorption, but a different delivery route does not by itself establish a better result. Tell the clinician about kidney disease, kidney stones, iron-overload disorders, or G6PD deficiency; dose and route affect screening, especially for high-dose IV use.
Safety and follow-up
Injections can cause soreness, bruising, bleeding, infection, or allergic reactions. Tell the clinician about pregnancy, breastfeeding, kidney or liver conditions, and previous injection reactions. Seek urgent help for difficulty breathing or swelling of the face or throat after an injection.
Planning your visit & more details
Is this right for you?
People with very limited diets or certain absorption problems may need nutritional support. Most people can meet their needs through foods such as peppers, citrus, strawberries, and broccoli, with oral supplementation when appropriate.
Your consultation
Bring your medicine and supplement list, allergies, relevant history, and recent test results. We discuss whether testing, food changes, oral supplementation, or an injection fits your needs, and how to assess your response.
Your plan
We explain preparation, pricing, and follow-up before treatment. The schedule depends on your needs and response.
Your questions, answered.
Does this prevent colds or speed recovery?
Vitamin C is needed for normal immune function, but that does not establish that an injection prevents infections or speeds recovery. Evidence about oral supplements should not be treated as proof for an injectable product.
Is an injection better than an oral supplement?
It depends on the ingredient, the reason for treatment, and your ability to absorb it. Bypassing digestion can be useful for some deficiencies, but does not automatically mean better results for general wellness.
How many appointments will I need?
We agree on a schedule and review point based on your needs and response.
